Dessert just grew up.

Welcome to The After Hours Collection, where bold coffee, dark chocolate, cinnamon, warm Mexican-inspired spice, and a well-stocked liquor cabinet meet after dark.

This isn’t your ordinary mocha recipe collection.

These are rich, playful, unapologetically indulgent desserts and drinks made for date nights, dinner parties, celebrations, girls’ nights, holiday gatherings—or an evening when you decide there is absolutely no good reason dessert can’t contain bourbon.

Inside you’ll discover tempting creations such as Mexican Mocha Rum Truffles, Spiked Mexican Mocha Hot Chocolate, Mexican Mocha Amaretto Panna Cotta, Irish Cream Mexican Mocha Ice Cream, Mexican Mocha Mudslide Cheesecake, Mexican Mocha Bourbon Chocolate Tart, Mexican Mocha Bourbon Lava Cakes, Mexican Mocha Bourbon S’mores, Mexican Mocha Rum Bananas Foster, Mexican Mocha Bourbon Baked Pears, Irish Cream Mexican Mocha Crème Brûlée, and more.

Coffee liqueur brings depth. Bourbon adds warmth. Rum makes things interesting. Irish cream turns everything silky. Amaretto adds its unmistakable almond sweetness. Chocolate, espresso, cinnamon, and spice tie the whole delicious mess together.

The result is a collection that feels less like flipping through an ordinary cookbook and more like finding yourself at a tiny dessert bar after midnight and deciding you’re definitely staying for another round.
