Irish Coffeehouse Favorites brings the cozy spirit of an Irish café into Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Café™, where rich chocolate, cinnamon, coffeehouse comfort, and a little playful indulgence all meet in the kitchen.

At the heart of every recipe is Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Mix™, the signature blend of dark cacao, Ceylon cinnamon, and carefully balanced spices. While it makes a rich Mexican mocha on its own, this cookbook explores just how versatile the mix can be—adding chocolate, warmth, and depth to breads, muffins, cookies, cakes, desserts, and more. IRISH COFFEEHOUSE FAVORITES

The book begins with Irish-inspired coffeehouse drinks including Emerald Irish Cream Mocha, Lucky Leprechaun Mint Mocha, Dublin Dark Chocolate Mocha, Celtic Honey Cinnamon Latte, Pistachio Clover Mocha, and Shamrock White Mocha. IRISH COFFEEHOUSE FAVORITES

Then the café kitchen opens.

You’ll discover comforting breakfasts such as Chocolate Irish Soda Bread, Emerald Clover Waffles, Irish Mocha Oatmeal, Irish Cream Scones, Chocolate Potato Farls, Shamrock Breakfast Parfaits, and Coffeehouse Cinnamon Rolls. Many of the baked recipes use almond flour, bringing a tender, rich coffeehouse texture to traditional inspirations. IRISH COFFEEHOUSE FAVORITES

The bakery case is packed with treats including Chocolate Mint Muffins, Irish Shortbread Cookies, Coffeehouse Chocolate Mocha Almond Scones, Pistachio Chocolate Biscotti, Clover Crinkle Cookies, Irish Cream Coffee Cake, and Emerald Chocolate Tea Cakes. IRISH COFFEEHOUSE FAVORITES

And naturally, dessert gets its own chapter. Expect creations such as Emerald Irish Cream Cheesecake, Mint Chocolate Brownies, Bailey’s-Style Bread Pudding, Chocolate Pistachio Trifle, Shamrock Chocolate Mousse, Irish Coffeehouse Chocolate Layer Cake, Clover Cheesecake Bars, and Emerald Chocolate Pots de Crème. But the book keeps going, with truffles, bark, fudge, caramel corn, chocolate coins, syrups, sauces, flavored sugar, biscuit spread, homemade mixes, and even ideas for assembling a coffeehouse gift basket. IRISH COFFEEHOUSE FAVORITES

This is a cookbook for St. Patrick’s Day, rainy weekends, leisurely breakfasts, coffee with friends, holiday tables, homemade gifts, or any day that could use a little more chocolate and warmth.

Because at Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Café™, coffee was never meant to be the end of the story.

Coffee is only the beginning.
