A Surprisingly Versatile Seasoning

In these recipes, Michelle’s Mexican Mocha Mix™ behaves like a savory cacao-spice blend. It brings depth to chili, creates a dark and aromatic crust on meat, enriches sauces, and adds subtle warmth to roasted vegetables.

The finished dishes are designed to taste smoky, earthy, warmly spiced, and distinctly savory. No confused cupcakes masquerading as pork chops are hiding inside.
